POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Business Analyst oversees and effectively manages the successful delivery of PHIT Implementations, Customer Care and their transition to full operational support. This includes customer migrations; upgrades, in production and all test environments. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring a world class customer experience. This includes the delivery of quality implementations, managing customer relationships, communications, customer readiness and driving project schedules; managing multiple concurrent projects with high touch internal and customer stakeholders. This position will work closely with management to understand current and future project needs and how they will affect production environments. They will also serve as the liaison working with all Healthagen teams, from a post sales thru fully operational needs up and thru supports. Maintain a commitment to providing exemplary customer service. Evidence of this commitment includes contributing to the building and implementing best practices, slas and additional standards as needed to insure best in Klas product. They will be accountable for creating and maintaining standards, policies, procedures and documentation.
Required:
-Healthcare experience in IT or software development.
-Strength in ensuring process adherence and suggesting improvements to processes;
-Ability to multitask and work as team or individual contributor;
-Demonstrated passion for excellence and impeccability while interacting with clients and business executives, and delivering solutions to meet their needs;
-Proven problem solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical abilities;
-Ability to deal courteously and communicate effectively with clients and team members, supplying general information and direction in a clear, concise manner;
-Work under stress to meet schedule deadlines.
-Ability to execute on the day to day tasks necessary to achieve outlined objectives.
Project Management Experience
Required:
-Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with high-touch stakeholders (internal and client stakeholders);
-Proven experience effectively guiding implementation teams and possessing the organizational skills necessary to successfully manage projects and activities;
-Excellent communication skills;
-Proven experience managing project meetings, project schedules, resources, communication, and associated budgets;
-Five plus (8+) years prior experience using established project management methodologies/tools to develop and execute project plans including - work plans, schedules, milestones, critical paths, project scope.
Technical Experience
Required:
-Experience installing, supporting, and troubleshooting end-user applications
-Integration experience including but not limited to HL7, CCDs, CCDs, EMRs, EHRs.
-Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis.
EDUCATION
The level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
