Description:
Develop performance Test plan, test scripts, execute load test scenarios, analyze and report results using Loadrunner components for web based Java application. Tester will focus Performance and load testing with a smaller degree of manual testing/setup.

years' experience automation and 3
years of strong in-depth experience developing, maintaining, and executing LoadRunner scripts along with a solid understanding and a demonstrated application of test methodologies including compilation of Test Plans, analyze, report of test results, and diagnosis of performance defects to root cause in an Agile Development environment.
o Strong experience with the Loadrunner is required. Must be a team player, assertive and productive member of a performance team.
o Strong experience with HP Loadrunner scripting/executing scenarios using protocols such as Web-(HTTP/HTML)/TruClient Ajax/Web Services
o Solid experience with performance monitoring tools such as wily, dynatrace etc.
o Solid to strong experience writing SQL queries is required.
o Solid experience with QTP Automation is a plus.
o Benefits, HR and/or Payroll domain knowledge is a plus.
o Rally and ClearQuest system experience is a plus.
Tester will:
o Develop, execute load test, analyze and report Loadrunner tests for web based applications client and server side.
o Functional performance testing in QA environments to identify the issues prior to perf testing phase.
o Work with functional QA/DEV/DB team to identify the performance impacted functionalities.
o Troubleshoot, describe and submit code defects using Rally and Clear quest.
o Report status and track time.
o Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Technical Skills:
o 3
years of Performance testing tools: Load Runner/Performance Center

years Monitoring tools : Wily, Dynatrace etc.
o 5
years of Java/J2ee application
o 3
years of C Language, UNIX, SQL
