Job Description
The Senior Voice Engineer with core infrastructure, voice, and collaboration expertise is expected to provide post-sales technical deployment activities for clients located in and around the Southeast United States. To successfully complete the assigned tasks, it is critical that the Senior Voice Engineer has the skills to successfully communicate with customer and other technical resources in a timely manner.
REQUIRED YOU HAVE
Minimum CCVP certification or equivalent experience
Pre-implementation project planning and post implementation documentation skills

years of Cisco VoIP and IP Telephony deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting experience
Experience with Cisco Unified Communications applications, including Call Manager, Call Manager Express, Unity, Unity Connection, Unity Express, Presence, and Contact Center Express
Experience with IP Telephony protocols, including SIP, H323, and MGCP
Experience with Cisco Voice gateways, including technologies such as CUBE, PRI, FXO, FXS, and SRST
Experience with designing and implementing Quality of Service and Multicast
Experience with implementing Cisco UCS servers and applicable best practice methodologies for UC on UCS
Experience with implementing VMware and applicable best practice methodologies for UC on UCS
Ability to design enterprise network routing architectures using protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP and static routes
Strong ability to troubleshoot complex multi-vendor network issues in the LAN and WAN networks
BLOW US AWAY IF YOU HAVE
Webex and Webex Connect implementation and integration experience
Cisco and Tandberg Video Endpoint and Application implementation experience
Cisco Contact Center Enterprise implementation, integration, and scripting experience
Experience with third-party applications such as Syn-Apps, Xmedius, Metropolis, Variphy, and VistaPoint
CCNA Video Certification
CCIE Voice CertificationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
