Job Description:
As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be working in our onsite office based out of Alpharetta, GA.You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day client needs in support of Account Director, Product Specialist and Inside Sales Leader project requirements. You will be prioritizing active projects, handle project scheduling and communicating to the client regarding job status, while overseeing projects from start to finish. You will also respond to requests for product information or project scheduling. You will work on client product projects with latitude for advisory-level decision making and independent judgment.

Experience:
Experience: 1 3 years of marketing, sales support, customer service and/or project coordinator experience
Skills:
Strong workflow management, project coordination and prioritization skills.
Capable of taking direction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Very strong customer service orientation
Good analysis and problem solving skills
Experience working with middle management to upper management contacts.
Capable of coordinating multiple projects and working effectively with internal teams and external
Vendors.
Able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Very strong attention to details and deadlines ensuring effective task management
Capable of working independently and quickly grasping business processes and procedures.
Continuing education/certification may be required
Performs other duties as assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
