Sr. Paralegal will be responsible for providing support to staff counsel attorneys nationwide. Sr. Paralegal will be responsible for providing discovery support to staff counsel attorneys nationwide. Enhanced level of legal experience and knowledge. With the supervision of attorneys, will handle legal tasks, including but not limited to conducting basic legal research; drafting routine documents; summarizing discovery responses; summarizing medical records and summarizing deposition transcripts. Required - Bachelor''s degree from an accredited institution, with 3-5 years experience as paralegal and experience as a nurse paralegal with ability to review and summarize complex medical records.
