In this critical role, you will help oversee the financial function for the NAS organization, a $1.6B dollar business, comprised of a portfolio of businesses within ADP's Employer Services Division. Responsibilities include Business intelligence to include dash-boarding of KPIs, key business drivers, and deep dive analytics; operating plan, forecasting, strategic planning and consolidated operating statement reporting, The position is also responsible for driving financial best practices and optimizing financial opportunities regarding revenue enhancement and expense management throughout the organization. This position may have a role in M&A activities including due diligence and financial modeling.
This role reports to the NAS Division CFO and is a key member of the NAS Finance Leadership Team. This position has 4 direct reports who are all situated in Alpharetta, GA.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence- Develops meaningful business analytics, dashboards for KPIS, key business drivers, productivity, trend and growth analyses.

Oversees the Planning and Forecasting processes as well as variance analysis. Accumulates, analyzes and reports to management complete information regarding results of operations and financial condition of the division, including cash flow and investment components. Responsible for assuring that Division achieves its targeted NOI for the year, and is positioned to achieve long term strategic goals.

Maintains an awareness of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their potential impact on the segment's policies and operations. Keeps division CFO abreast of these developments and recommends measures to capitalize on, or protect the business from, these changing conditions.

Oversees the financial due diligence of potential acquisitions. Responsible for determining the financial impact to the division of any acquisition. Post-close, oversees the integration of financial systems into ADP's financial system.

Partners with Division CFO and President to oversee development of long-range strategic plans for the division. Develops long-range financial and operational forecasts for the division. Also assists with the execution of portions of the strategic plan and for developing measurements to track success against it.

Provide advice and counsel to senior management on interpretation of operating results and trends. Assist with recommendations on countermeasures where required. Develops key process indicators and other quantifiable measurement tools to track results of department activities and regularly reports to top management.

Special Projects work as assigned by the NAS CFO.
Experience, Skills, Academic:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent in education and work experience.

CPA/MBA with emphasis in Finance preferred.

Experience:

10-15 years experience in financial management required.

Familiarity with operating and reporting structures of ADP and thorough knowledge of ADP financial business model is preferred.

Executive level with influence and credibility.

Excellent analytical, business intelligence and presentations skills

Able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop/present actionable recommendations.

Extensive experience in financial modeling, performance measurement, balanced scorecard development, strategic planning, business case development. Advanced PC skills.
