Description:
We have an immediate opening available for a Solutions Consultant I (SC I). This Consultant will be responsible for demonstrating ADP''s products and services to prospects and clients in order to provide solutions for running their dealership operations more effectively. This individual will act as the focal point for accumulation and dissemination of information regarding sales product training information, competitive information and regional sales tools. Other duties include maintaining product demonstration room(s), equipment, documentation, computer system(s), and video/release library.
## Experience, Skills, Academic
4 year college degree or related field or the equivalent of professional education/experience directly related to the heavy truck or automotive industry, i.e., Truck/Automotive Dealership experience
2-3 years experience using or supporting ADP Dealer Services Products is highly preferred, but not required
Proficiency using a Truck/Automobile Dealership Management Systems (DMS) strongly desired
Must be proficient in various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel &PowerPoint;
Excellent presentation and organization skills is mission critical/paramount to this role
Knowledge of automotive, finance/insurance and technology industries strongly preferred
ADP CRM familiarity a significant plus
Ability to travel approximately 80% or more is required

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Expert interpersonal and communication skills in order to assist in closing deals and giving presentations

Strong computer skills with current technical knowledge, i.e., proficiency w/MS Office (Excel/PP)
Be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively with business groups both internally/externally
Team player with ability to coordinate efforts with baseline & channel sales reps to sell
Ability to present new product concepts to marketplace
Knowledge of automotive, finance/insurance and technology industries strongly preferred
Ability to travel approximately 80% or more is required
