Current Need
The Corporate Office of the CTO Technology Solution Services team is in need of a combination of account manager and project manager. Team members for this group will be required to be knowledgeable in a range of software products, tools and services that have the potential to meet business needs.
Position Description
Responsibilities include:
Aid in developing comprehensive BU profiles
Manage Knowledge Transfer Program
Operate a governance structure most applicable to client needs and ensure the regular monitoring and reporting against key milestones to ensure business performance meets or exceeds customer requirements at all times.
Partner with Solution Analyst(SA) to define scope and business need
Document Key Issues, Risks and Benefits
Partner with SA in presenting solution recommendation to the client/business, identifying risks and benefits of each option in sufficient detail
Facilitate gap analysis session in conjunction with SA to identify activities and processes not currently covered within core business
Project/Release Management:
Work with the customer and internal teams to produce an implementation delivery plan in line with requirements of the both internal and external customers
Ensure all required enhancements and key services are successfully delivered to plan by ensuring costs, timescales and resources are managed effectively.
Liaise with customers to ensure that post-implementation issues are resolved
Obtains estimates/level of effort from development team and reviews with Client
Develops, maintains, and provide reports to management of project communications documents status, milestones, next steps in a dashboard format.
Effectively communicates expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion
Identifies and tracks open issues within their workload, implements Change Management processes and procedures when needed, identifies potential risks and develops mitigation plan to manage the risk
Provides a single point of contact for projects while overseeing/coordinating all aspects of project and serves as project manager between clients, systems, line management and other departments.
Recommends/takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in project management, requirements definition, building systems solutions and/ or deployment of business requirements to information systems.
Critical Skills
5+ years of Project Management Skills
5+ years of Customer relationship/account management responsibilities
6+ years of experience working with BA/Dev/QA teams
Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA or Confluence) ; Clarity or Rally Tools
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Collaborative, customer focused and able to create visible value
Excellent Communication skills-written and verbal
Knowledge of both agile and waterfall systems development methodologies
Excellent planning, client support, and organizational skills
Experience with formal software development lifecycle processes
Thorough knowledge of project management or building system solutions and/or business applications.
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
