JOB SUMMARY
The Firmware Engineer is a member of the Engineering team and will architect, code, debug, and troubleshoot new firmware projects and maintain the existing firmware code base for use on audio/video displays, LCD monitors, and cabin management systems.
JOB DUTIES
Architect new products and enhance existing products for audio-visual equipment and cabin management systems.
Design, code, debug, test and document software for embedded systems using C, C++, and ASM software.
Maintain and enhance existing code base.
Assist repair department with firmware related repairs.
Adhere to version control process
Create design documents and drawings
Integrate firmware with existing electro-mechanical devices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 5 years embedded software experience.
Experience developing functional, clean, and well commented code.
Knowledge of embedded hardware design.
Previous experience architecting firmware solutions.
Experience with audio/visual displays.
High degree of commitment, initiative, flexibility

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
