The Cinema Division is looking for an exceptional individual with a few years of experience working with clients that is early in their career that can grow and develop within the team. The Account Manager role in the Cinema Division directly owns a select group of clients and is involved with all aspects both internally and externally of their interaction with NCR. The Account Manager is a multifaceted role that combines account management, sales, and sales operations. It includes responsibilities around client management, billing, order entry, analysis, project management related to technical implementations, revenue forecasting and some inside sales. The role entails on the job the training as you go and get exposed to different clients and projects. It requires a self-driven and highly motivated person to keep up with fast paced environment.

Essential Functions:
o Own relationship with a select group of clients.
o Communicate with clients via email and phone regarding all aspects of client interaction with NCR including sales, escalations from support, implementation projects, finances, and overall relationship building.
o Maintain ongoing issues and project lists to drive results for clients with cross functional development & consulting teams and within external client teams.
o Assist in management of technical client implementation projects including statement of work creation, adherence to project timelines, success criteria definition, and other aspects as needed.
o Assist in identifying, driving, tracking, and forecasting ongoing sales & revenue opportunities with existing clients for recognition purposes.
o Create quotes and submit orders for hardware, software, services, and expenses.
o Participate in revenue collection and dispute analysis with the finance team.
o Work with manufacturing teams on logistics coordination for orders and new site installs.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
o Setup and maintain data related customers, sites, and other account information. o Client catalog and price list maintenance.
o Research of unreturned hardware with the field services or manufacturing teams
o Maintain accurateness of internal tracking systems for client hardware and software solutions.
o Review monthly client support and maintenance bills for accuracy.
o Assist in contract and addendum process.
o Collaborate with support team members to analyze helpdesk trends and communicate results internally and externally as appropriate.
o Manage daily, weekly and monthly client reporting as necessary and identify ways to improve product satisfaction for the client by driving requests with development organization.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
4 year Bachelor's Degree - Required
3 years of experience working with clients in a client/account management role - Preferred Financial Acumen
Strong communication skills, oral and written
Strong analytical skills
Ability to handle and prioritize high volume workload with detail and organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Project Management experience Point of Sale or IT industry experience preferred, but not required Excellent knowledge of office programs and web tools

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
