Senior Networking Services Engineer
Role Summary/Purpose
The Senior Networking Services Engineer will provide experienced technical solutions and program management leadership to create and deliver innovative, scalable and supportable solutions for cloud-based proxy and security solutions. The scope of the role includes global, enterprise-wide program execution for common networking platforms (proxy, risk protection services, visibility, route/path control), financial controllership, and management of strategic vendor relationships
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Lead virtual teams executing large multi-year programs, developing technical solutions that enhance current visibility and control mechanisms, improve user networking experience and achieve simplification of common network platforms
Partner with IT Risk architects and program managers to ensure security and compliance controls are met or enhanced in delivery of solutions
Lead global strategic vendor relationships; identify and drive strategic goals & initiatives; assure vendor capability to meet solution requirements
Establish and maintain program financials: develop cost/liquidation model, manage budget vs actuals in CapEx and OpEx costs to meet financial plan
Ensure solutions align with organizational vision yet are executed in agile, multi-generational plans
Ensure proper transition-to-operations for all developed solutions
Lead project management and governance processes to ensure program health and provide timely communications status to stakeholders
Partner with IT Sourcing team to identify areas for service optimization to simplify contracts, deliver productivity and sustain growth
Lead and simplify aspects of the technology and services portfolio.
Partner with business IT leaders, IT Risk and the Network Council to assess quality of service, communicate programs underway and understand emerging business and security needs

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
Minimum 7 years of strong IT experience and leadership
Minimum 5 years of strong experience in telecommunications or networking services
Minimum 5 years of experience leading global/enterprise-wide initiatives
Minimum 2 years of experience managing IT budget financials (forecasting, variance analysis, P&L)

Must be willing to work from Fairfield, CT, Alpharetta GA, Cincinnati, OH, Chicago IL, Glen Allen VA, or Detroit, MI

Proven ability to manage and execute large-scale programs composed of multiple projects or work streams
Excellent track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities
Demonstrated customer focus: evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint
Excellent ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical communities, in particular strong executive-level presentation skills
Ability to influence peers and senior managers
Able to quickly establish credibility, confidence and respect with stakeholders and customers across organizational boundariesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
