The Precyse Talent Acquisition Department fuels the success and growth of our company by identifying top talent for all areas of the organization. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator has a crucial role in our success and is responsible for the following:
Overall job posting strategy and execution of talent branding initiatives:
Posting open positions on job boards, the company website and social media outlets including Niche job boards, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook and several others.
Engage the Health Information community through social media outlets to drive job branding.
Monthly reporting to identify website applicant trends and make recommendations regarding job board vendors.
Manage all vendor relationships for the department.
Maintain the Colleague Referral Program.
Maintain departmental email account.
Answer TA Department calls and route appropriately/return messages.
Facilitation of interview scheduling process, inclusive of initial contact with candidate to determine availability, coordinating interview times and changes.
Initiate and coordinate candidate travel process: flight, hotel and transportation arrangements.
Administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Must have excellent computer proficiency.
Proficient in all MS Office Suite Products including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Internet and social media savvy including the use of Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize competiting priorities.
Some recruitment assistant experience or administrative assistance preferred.
Professional with excellent communication and writing skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
