We are searching for an exceptional individual to join an innovative team of software experts to support our products with our clients in the US, Canada and Mexico. He/she will be working with front-end, server and back-office applications as well as customer specific integration software. He/she will work directly with our customers by phone, face-to-face and through remote access.

WHAT YOU HAVE
Minimum 7 years customer-facing experience such as, phone-based technical support in an application/customer support environment with high school education
Bachelor of Science
SQL database experiences (queries, statements, troubleshooting, etc)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
