PeopleSoft System Analyst

Participate in PeopleSoft related projects, production support and testing efforts to ensure solutions meet user requirements.
Participate, coordinate and perform the functional tasks related to the development lifecycle of PeopleSoft projects including requirements definition, analysis, fit/gap resolution, process design and implementation, functional design, configuration, testing, training and validation.
Troubleshoot PeopleSoft issues.
Ensure PeopleSoft environment is current with bundles delivered by Oracle.
Implement and validate regulatory requirement changes such as tax updates, fixes and DOL requirements.
Responsible for PeopleSoft HRMS configuration that supports business processes.
Responsible for writing test scripts and testing functionality.
Responsible for support of core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor Management, Benefits Administration, Retirement payroll and GL Interfaces.
Manage interfaces with other systems that require or feed data from/to HRMS
Mentors and supports team members helping to increase knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM.
Provide query power user support
Provides support after hours and on weekends during payroll cycle periods as needed.
Manage product upgrades and enhancements
Manage client relationships
Other duties as assigned
Experience in PeopleSoft HRMS, Time and Labor Management, Payroll Administration, HR Administration and Processing, Health & Welfare Benefits Administration
Excellent verbal communications and writing skills
Experience working with the Software Development Life Cycle
Solid experience with conceptually understanding of Relational Databases
Expert in writing test plans and test scripts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Access and Visio
Proficiency with PeopleSoft Query
Proven experience gathering/analyzing data and writing business requirements documents
Knowledge of enterprise system architecture, design, development and implementation
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Must be able to work well within a team environment as well as independently
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent education and work experience within the Information Technology field
Ten (10) years experience within Information Technology, including, application development, systems analysis, consulting
Five (5) years of operational experience with PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
