Job Description:
The
Senior Project Coordination Analyst
plans, organizes, coordinates, and tracks activities to develop, deploy, and upgrade software and install hardware in supporting 3PL implementations. He/She manages project issues to maintain schedules utilizing established processes and procedures. Strong customer relationship skills are required. The position also requires knowledge of ERP and WMS applications such as SAP, ORACLE, WMOS, INFOR etc
This position coordinates deployments and implementations and facilitates activities to ensure programs and projects are implemented successfully and meet established deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Provides System Support
Coordinates installation and implementation of software/hardware to comply with user/customer requests.
Initiates actions to ensure targets comply with established safety, security, and quality procedures.
Coordinates hardware and software tests and corrects malfunctions to ensure effective operations.
Documents details of hardware and software installations and removals to comply with established procedures.
Resolves and Documents Project Specific Issues
5 years of Experience in Project Management implementing/deploying, ERP and/or WMS software products
Ensures issues and risks are handled effectively to conform to procedures.
Analyzes problems to initiate actions for effectively resolving project issues.
Coordinates Project Implementation
Collaborates with other groups to clarify product planning and design and to coordinate implementations.
Acts as a customer/business and I.S. partner liaison to communicate progress on project scheduling.
Education:
The desired
Senior Project Coordination Analyst
will possess Bachelors' or Masters' degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field or the equivalent in education and work experience. A degree is preferred.
BASIC
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Must have experience managing IT projects.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
