Position Title: Property Manager
Position Duties: Manage time, cost, material for property commercial and residential. Daily manage open jobs or project under your supervision, scope, estimate, assign sub - contractors and manage them. You will follow the emergency team on the job site. You will meet with the business owner/home owner and be the face of the company. You will need to obtain business by signature on job order. You will explain to the insured how the process works, follow up is expected. You will discuss the scope of the damage with the insurance adjuster and come to an agreement.
Salary Commensurate with experience
