SUMMARY
The position supports global Human Resources (HR) in various areas, including HRMS administration, the integrity of employee data and process documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Support configurations within the HR Management System (HRMS), including changes to security profile framework, job catalogue, work unit hierarchy. (Global)
Point of contact for all troubleshooting support to members of HR team, escalating issues to internal and/or external technical resources when necessary. (Global)
Accountable for the integrity of data in HRMS; generate error reports and provide direction and support to HR team to ensure accurate data (Global)
Support internal (payroll) and external (pension/health and welfare) interfaces (U.S.)
Document HRMS processes, policies and procedures (Global)
HRMS training materials for new users, HRMS standard operating procedures, and HRMS policies to audit and enforce data integrity
o Other HR policies and procedures as needed
HR Reporting (Global)
Assist in tracking of Corporate HR Metrics
Consolidate monthly headcount reporting
Respond to recurring and _ad hoc_ report requests
Assure integrity of data being passed to Data Warehouse (DWH)
Assist with special compensation projects (Global)
Perform the lead role in supporting the HR team in future upgrades and implementations of HRMS solutions (Global)

Previous experience dealing with configurations and confidential data within a global HRMS system (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP)
Demonstrated ability to manage defined portions of a project
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of the HR function, processes, and employee life cycle.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize critical tasks
Required Experience
Education and/or Experience
4 year degree required
Five to seven years of experience in an HRMS-focused role
Fundamental understanding of relational databases and reporting
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Working knowledge of office productivity software. (PowerPoint, Word, Access)

Ability to perform data analysis for the purposes of trouble shooting, specification development, and solution testing
