The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing programs designed to strengthen ETCS' position in the marketplace via product awareness and thought leadership. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with partners within marketing and ETCS, and reports to the Director of B2B Marketing.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound B2B marketing activities for ETCS. You will craft product messaging and positioning and must have the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits. You'll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand and deepen existing relationships. Attention to detail and an eye for quality are crucial. You will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the development of client acquisition and retention programs.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market
Sales enablement and nurturing - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales and Relationship Management teams and develop the tools that support the acquisition & retention process
Create and deliver product launch communications highlighting the best new features, why they differentiate our solution, and the value they create for customers
Market intelligence - be the expert on the ETCS customer and your competition
Demand generation - develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products
Event marketing -- Create strategies and programs that build recognition and awareness of ETCS at trade shows. Manage promotion of, branding, and client experience at annual E TRADE Directions conference and hosted regional events.
10+ years of B2B product or field marketing experience in the financial services or employee benefits sector
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing or a related field
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to travel up to 25%
Detail-oriented individual with outstanding project management and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
