Job Title: Employee Benefits
Essential Functions:
1. Assist the Sales Consultant in new business and renewals by preparing census information and distributing to the carriers for pertinent quotes. Follow-up to ensure all quotes received and accurate.
2.Assist the Sales Consultant in implementing new business by assisting with employee enrollment meetings, obtaining completed enrollment forms, requesting missing information, and sending enrollment materials to the carrier to ensure a timely effective date.
3.Handle Benefits Administration for HR clients- including Enrollments, Terminations and coordination with Payroll.
4.Solve routine client issues in regards to billing, enrollment, and claims issues. Account Manager will be responsible for notifying the Sales Consultant or VP of all escalated issues.
5.Document all conversations with client and their employees in agency administration system. Follow-up with carrier, employee, or client to ensure satisfaction with issue being resolved.
6.Work with the payroll department in setting up payroll deductions for payroll/benefit clients. Notify client of payroll deductions as necessary.
7.Maintain organization of carrier and proposal supplies and ensure adequate supply at all times.
8.Attend carrier meetings as designated by VP to stay informed of all new carrier products.
9.Filing of all HR documentation clients.
10.Regular backup receptionist duties are required for lunch breaks, vacations, and days off taken by the resident receptionist.
11.Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed for President and Vice President.
12.Reconciling commission statements

Responsibilities:
1.Marketing of all benefits accounts.
2.Researching coverage specifications for all Benefits Proposals.
3.Preparation of all Benefits and HR Proposals for Sales Consultants.
4.Responsible for carrying out Compliance procedures and processes with regards to HR for clients.
5.Working with VP to develop procedures and processes the department of HR and Benefits with regards to the marketing and retention of accounts.
6.All quoting and renewals of individual health policies for the agency.
Location: Alpharetta, Georgia
Salary and
Benefits: Commensurate with Experience

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
