MySQL Database Administrator
Global Organization whose software is making a difference in literally millions of lives, is seeking a MySQL DBA. You key responsibilities will include:
- Define, implement, and manage the replication, backup and failover procedures.
- Define, implement, manage schema migration process for all DB's including online schema change
- Define, implement, manage ETL process for the data warehouse
- Serve as the gatekeeper for operations activities; establish controls and processes around these functions.
- Support virtual environments/Servers/infrastructure including production
Qualification:
- 7
years MySQL DBA/Operations experience - Experience with Replication, performance tuning, Percona tools, etc.
- Experience with DynamoDB, Cassandra, Redis, MongoDB a plus
- Experience with AWS or NoSQL a plus.
- understanding of the J2EE platform
