Data Management Analyst

Responsibilities:
Build and support databases with performance and client information and provide complex technical expertise for industry standard, database applications.
Review and communicate compliance obligations, highlighting client service opportunities and/or enhancements.
Responsible for trending error conditions and defining process resolutions through the use of technical and process knowledge.
Will also be responsible for establishing internal trending reports and use them to develop processes conducive for effective issue resolution and prevention.
Responsible for analyzing different areas of the performance, data management, and process timelines.
Heavy work in excel and access and other software designated by business unit. Works with limited supervision.
Develops relationships among staff and business partners which fosters the ability to align and effectively collaborate with the intent to provide additional support and solutions to everyday challenges.
Maintain a knowledge level of all Garnishment areas conducive for effective analysis and solutions.
May also support system implementations and projects; assist in all technical problems (i.e. performance, security, etc.) for the multi-products supported by AVS.
Work with Senior Leadership to develop procedures to resolve issues while mitigating financial risk to ADP and exploring potential for revenue growth.
Identify and communicate critical client service and operational issues and trends to management.
May support in training of new associates on applications, best practices, and internal procedures.
May serve as the point contact and influential participant for projects that affect department processes.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
Data Analysis and Interpretation
Database and/or application implementation, testing, configuration experience
Strong Excel skills
Access experience is a plus
Advanced computer skills
MS Project is a plus
Garnishment Experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
