The CRCR Operations Excellence Business Analyst will analyze, identify, plan, and lead projects to improve processes, increase business insight, help drive business operations to meet financial and operational goals. The position will be directly involved with continuing to lead a data-driven culture, have direct exposure to operational leadership team, have report building and data gathering resources available, and reports to the Operational Excellence Department Manager.
RequirementsESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
Identify process improvement opportunities, develop solutions, and drive improvement through the implementation of process changes, management changes, and tools
Provide cross-functional project leadership to drive improvement in process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals in a timely manner
Present solutions of business issues to business owners and senior leadership
Develop, analyze and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of reports for operations managers and leadership
Performs analyses of business goals, objectives, and needs of the general business environment
Perform statistical analyses and exploration of business issues and provide actionable solutions
Aid in the presentation of analytical results to operational teams and senior/executive leadership.
Responsible for mentoring and training other Operational Excellence teammates
Protect members' personal and personal health information in accordance with regulatory and corporate standards
Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years developing key business metrics, building reports and analyzing operations data
Minimum of 2 years executing process improvement projects and business solutions
Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical field
Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, or Workforce Management
Experience in Process Improvement (Six Sigma / Lean), Business Operations, or Project/Program Management
Some Experience with statistical software (Tableau, Minitab, or JMP) or Data Analyses
Experience building, empowering, and leading talented cross functional teams
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to identify and execute data driven solutions to business problems
Ability to effectively translate between data and business needs/issues
Motivated self-starter; works well independently; strong work ethic
Inspire and lead cross-functional project teams
Ability to multi-task, effectively adapt/work under deadlines, and manage projects effectively
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; statistical analysis skills preferred
Strong focus on execution and project delivery
Ability to translate data into meaningful information in report or presentation formats
Ability to build and promote organizational change management initiatives
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
