years of experience in customer facing Tier 3 support or 4
years' experience in Tier 2 support SAASCloud Infrastructure, Big Data, mySQLOracle Database experience HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience Strong communication and customer service skills used with customers, other office teams and internal stakeholders to promote customer issues and lead complex and sensitive situations Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and pressure Experience with mobile development and troubleshooting is a bonus API/SDK experience is a bonus If you think you would be a good fit, we want to hear from you!
