US-GA-Alpharetta Solution Architects in Middleware and Integrations at COUNTRY Financial are responsible for designing, documenting, and implementing new real-time integrations and API management solutions as well as existing middleware solutions at COUNTRY.
The SA is responsible for defining, communicating, and supporting the roadmaps for Middleware and Integrations technologies.
In addition, Solution Architects serve as a technical expert on development projects and participates in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.
SAs write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements and identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
As an expert in the field, a successful candidate will use professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters.
A Solutions Architect works on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts, products or technologies.
Proactively identifies, defines, and solves the most complex problems that impact the management and direction of the business.
The person in this role designs, develops, documents, tests, implements, and debugs new and existing software solutions for large-scale proprietary software for internal use.
Serves as technical expert on development projects.
Participates in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.
Writes technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
Supports, maintains, and documents software functionality.
Identifies and evaluates new technologies for implementation.
Analyzes components to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.
Analyzes user needs, system requirements and business processes to determine technical requirements.
Consults with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug components to meet needs.

Preferred
Qualifications:
Proven thought leadership within strategic function or discipline, strong technical architecture design background.
Have implemented Integrations and API Management projects as a Solutions Architect / Senior Developer for large enterprise clients.
Expert/In-depth knowledge on Service Oriented Architecture, Integration Patterns, SOAP Web services, RESTful and RAML.
ESB/SOA/Microservices, API Management Concepts, and Java/JEE applications experience.
Deep knowledge and solid understanding of EAI and B2B concepts, various enterprise integration patterns with B2B/EDI integration patterns.
Ability to work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
Java, J2EE,.
NET, C Sharp, WS , MQ, Adapter framework, Database building and Management:
DB2, SQL, PL/SQL, JDBC, BPM/BRE Tools, Mapping and Workflow Tools, Application Servers such as Websphere and Weblogic, RAML, OpenAPI, Swagger.
Integration concepts and standards, including the industry leading integration vendors and products:
MuleSoft, TIBCO BusinessWorks, IBM, Informatica, Apigee, Dell Boomi, webMethods.
Security requirements, web services, SOA, ESB, design patterns, multi-threaded systems, EDI tools, automated unit testing, emerging technologies, as well as application development, testing and programming techniques/languages.
Experience with creating proposals and responding to RFPs.
Core Integrations Development, expert on connectors, scopes, routers, flows and expectation strategies preferred.
Certifications such as MuleSoft Architect and Developer, TIBCO Trained/Certified Professional, Informatica DI/MDM etc highly preferred Required
Qualifications:
Typically requires:
Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience in information technology OR , Master's degree and at least 12 years of experience in information technology OR , At least 17 years of experience in information technology.
And 2 years of lead experience.
Physical Requirements:
Normal office environment.
Work may extend beyond normal business hours as business needs dictate.
