Product Manager / Owner - BI Solutions

In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, operations, engineering and services to understand business needs, identify solutions, and develop and execute on roadmaps.
You will be equally comfortable acting as Product Manager and Product Owner.

Specific duties include:
Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to establish, socialize and implement product roadmaps.
Serve as Product Manager, responsible for the Business Intelligence strategy and roadmap.
Serve as Product Owner for our Business Intelligence scrum team.
Manage product features and dependencies across multiple releases.
Manage, prioritize and groom an active backlog for your products.
Work closely with the architecture team, ensuring the system design and technology platform fulfills near and long-term product needs.
Define and communicate requirements to the engineering and architecture design teams.
Maintain the near and long-term product roadmap, communicating plans and decision-making processes to management and other stakeholders.
Be an expert and advocate for your products both within and outside the company.
Work with Integration Managers, Customer Success, Customer Support, Customers and Sales teams to synthesize client feedback into actionable plans for your product(s).
Ensure the highest quality product is delivered to customers.
Stay up-to-date on contact center solutions to identify and evaluate new opportunities.
Provide customer voice and context in product decisions.
To be successful, you should possess most of the following:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, CIS, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent 3
years relevant job experience.
A passion and understanding for how data informs business decisions.
Excellent Agile knowledge, with a background in a Scrum environment, writing complex user stories and acceptance criteria, and managing team resources.
Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Product Owner.
Familiarity with JIRA, and preferably Portfolio for JIRAA strong technical acumen, especially as it relates to methods and solutions for large scale, high performance BI platforms.
Big-picture understanding of the overall product direction and needs, with the drive and attention to detail that transforms that understanding into a reality.
Strong analytical skills - able to provide creative solutions to complex problems within our integrated product suite.
Understanding of Big Data Best Practices and Technologies desirable.
Experience or knowledge of predictive analytics solutions is an advantage.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
