Purchased and produced $4.0 million in sales for Home Division. Analyzed complex reports to procure merchandise goods for 9 divisions within the Home area budget. Analyzed reports to maintain automated replenish system within budget. Worked with contractors on deliveries. Store closed, buying office moved to Texas.



  • Analyzed and implemented plan-o-grams, advertising plans, markdowns, and forecast trends.   Merchant’s Contest Store Winner- 1996.

  • Implemented new store systems, twelve million store estimate. Organized deliveries with contractors within state laws and stores budget.  First woman OM in District 8221.  Developed financial planning budgets and expense programs for total store to insure company standards were achieved.  Planned and set up all technical systems areas for new store opening. Provided leadership to store stockroom staff, maintenance staff, Loss Prevention and office staff. Our staff was the support to areas of sales.  Coordinated and implemented all systems upgrades and systems. Store did not make projected estimates; opted to transfer to Atlanta, GA.

Implemented Store System Upgrades and PC data to insure store maintained company operational changes.  Trained management on new available buying and operational systems.
